Returns and Refund Policy

We can only accept returns on unused or damaged products. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours. You can return it in the original packaging along with the receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product. We will exchange it or offer a refund to your original payment account.

 

Please note, we do not offer free returns. Customers will bear the charges for returns postage. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit and so it is advisable to send the products by recorded delivery.

 

We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. If the earrings arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and we can replace or refund the amount.
